I'm New
First time? Welcome to Providence CRC!
First experiences can be intimidating, and we want to take the guesswork out of joining us at Providence. Below you can learn a little more about what can be expected at a typical Sunday morning service for our church family. We can’t wait to have you!
When should I arrive?
Sunday services begin at 9:30 am, and we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early so you can stop by the Welcome Center, meet someone new, and find your seat!
7730 Eastern Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508
What should I expect?
At Providence, you’ll find both traditional and contemporary music, a friendly informal atmosphere, and real-life messages that are applicable throughout the week.
When you arrive at our main entrance you will see a Welcome Center with some written information about Providence. Beyond the entrance is a foyer, and the Sanctuary of the church is on the west side of the foyer. The other side of the foyer leads to a large Fellowship Hall which is usually arranged for coffee fellowship after the morning service.
Where do I go from here?
We welcome you to join us in the Fellowship Hall for coffee fellowship following the service. Learn more about our many ministries and where you can get plugged into the community by checking out our Ministries page. Or, head to the Events Calendar for more information about upcoming events and ways to get involved!
